Tîn Suresi

بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ

vettîni vezzeytûn.

By the fig and the olive

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

veṭûri sînîn.

And [by] Mount Sinai

وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ

vehâẕe-lbeledi-l'emîn.

And [by] this secure city [Makkah],

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ

leḳad ḫalaḳne-l'insâne fî aḥseni taḳvîm.

We have certainly created man in the best of stature;

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ

ŝümme radednâhü esfele sâfilîn.

Then We return him to the lowest of the low,

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ

ille-lleẕîne âmenû ve`amilu-ṣṣâliḥâti felehüm ecrun gayru memnûn.

Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ

femâ yükeẕẕibüke ba`dü biddîn.

So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?

أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ

eleyse-llâhü biaḥkemi-lḥâkimîn.

Is not Allah the most just of judges?
